A beautiful cathedral built in the mid-1800s. The tabernacle is centered behind the table altar. Excluding the high altar and communion rail, everything looks to have been kept clear from modern architecture influence. I’m not sure the last time a traditional Latin Mass was celebrated here. If you’re a faithful Catholic visiting Fort Wayne, I recommend visiting this cathedral.

This place is truly one of my favorite places on this earth. This is one of the few happy places I have. I feel at peace when I am here. I actually do enjoy going to church and of course I have gone to other Catholic Churches but I love the cathedral. I don’t know how to explain it; I feel very calm and at home when I go here especially at confession. Not to mention the cathedral is absolutely breathtaking.
