So glad Grote now sells and services Mitsubishi! We bought our 2016 Outlander in Maryland, and then moved to Ft Wayne a year later. Grote has taken great care of our car since becoming the factory authorized dealer for the brand. Zach in service is always very helpful, and the service techs have always taken the time to explain what's needed and WHY. I have found their service rates are reasonable and they've never hassled me about using Mitsubishi discount coupons. Five Stars, They have proven that they are a dealer "for the people", like Fred Grote says in all of his commercials!

Good service as always. Just didn't like they slipped in a tire rotation in without asking. Just said real quick oil change and tire rotation. Could see if was included in the price. But your charging an extra 15 is little cheaper than most. Just be nice to give your customers the opportunity to say yes or no to Services

He worked with me thoroughly and made sure that he answered all my questions. Justin was very easy to talk to and that made my experience incredible!
