Stopped in for a parts pickup for work. Guys at the counter are good guys, and are ready to help.
Went there Tuesday evening. Was told if i left the truck there they could get it in the next morning, so i did. Called the next morning for update, then they said afternoon. Called later that evening, they still hadn't started on it. Called Thursday at 11:30. They said it would be done \within the hour\ i got there at 12:30pm, they said it'll be another hour.... 3 hours later. .... finally done at 3:30. Took ALMOST 2 WHOLE DAYS FOR AN OIL CHANGE!! . & they did let me know i had a couple tires low, but ofcourse they didn't air them up.
Night shift went above and beyond to get me back on the road.
I would give 10 stars if i could!! The most pleasant repair experience i have ever had. Everyone was very courteous, professional, and efficient. The techs went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable while waiting. It was also very clean inside. Thanks guys for an outstanding job getting me running again!!
