This review is not specifically for the store but the brand as a whole. As far as this location, the manager and assistant were friendly and helpful. I purchased shoes from ASICS 2 months ago and for two months I have called corporate to exchange wrong shoes that were sent to me and the customer service line is not in use due to corona. Only way to communicate is via email. I have been emailing and not received a response. The store is unable to help because it is an online order. My only option is to wait until I receive a response, whenever that maybe. If you are scaling down due to safety using Corona as an excuse, scale down customer service and sales. Not just customer service. Having to wait for an email response over two months is ridiculous especially when ASICS stores are not allowed to do exchanges.
It is an outlet so it's great if you can find your size and the people are really friendly
They always have good prices and nice clothes n shoes in the Clearance section.
