I wish I didn’t have to give this location a two star review... we went in and had all intentions of buying one to two pairs of boots for my wife. We were halfway greeted with a “hey hi are you” from the lady behind the cash wrap and that was the extent of the customer service we got for 30 minutes... my wife was obviously looking for multiple pairs of shoes and trying different pairs on but when all the employees were walking past no one came to check on us, not to be dramatic it was at least 6 employees. We then obviously needed some help so we went to ask if anyone knew where a size was and we got ignored when we went to approach one of the employees. As we were about to give up Gary came over to where we were and he was more than helpful!! Gary helped us and pointed us in the direction of what boots were available in my wife’s size. Gary had just gotten to work and was the only one that was helpful, I guess they only keep one employee on staff that actually cares per shift!? Just extremely underwhelmed and disappointed with the experience we had.

How can you not love the smell of leather and jeans when you enter? I'd give the service, quality, and variety a 10 out of 10. This is what buying clothes should be about.

I love Cavenders. This store has the rudest most stuck up associates. I have been to several stores across Texas and NEVER have I been treated this way. Rude female behind the counter couldn’t be bothered to give my fiancé a whole response when he asked about a hat box even though we just dropped over 350 on hats for our wedding. Definitely will order online or just find another store for the rest of our wedding stuff, girls trip outfits, and photo shoots we planned. Sad because this is usually such a great company with great service.

This is my go-to store when I need jeans. Its difficult at best to find 33x40 pants most anywhere else and the only place where I can get the jeans I need without having to pay 50 for the correct size.
