I called Lee at 4:30p on a Saturday and asked some questions to help make sure I had winterized/drained my sprinkler system properly, and that I was adequately prepared for the upcoming freezing temps. He was very nice and helpful and answered all my questions and gave me a few tips for other things I could do for my sprinkler system. He answered the phone on the first ring, and he answered all my questions thoroughly. Highly recommend.

Lee was super helpful and took the time to explain everything to me so I could fix things on my own in the future. He also was super down to earth and easy to work with. I learned a lot about my lawn and sprinkler system by working with him!
While testing my sprinkler system for the first time this year, station 2 was stuck and kept watering for about an hour. Tried shutting it off but nothing worked. Called several companies but being on a Sunday, no one answered...that is until Lee answered. Offered to help me over the phone but we were not able to find the shutoff valve area. He came over with an associate and had it fixed within the hour. Had to replace a part and although the total fee was a little high (due to it being on a Sunday), it was well worth it. From the time I called him to the time he came over and had it fixed was about an hour. You can't really beat that. Thanks Lee!! Will be happy to refer you over to others for sure. Good people like him don't come along too often.
Lee Garrett is a good man and offers a great quality service. He is honest, upfront, thorough, and does not mind taking time to make sure you fully understand what is going on with your sprinkler system. We had a 3' x 30' concrete addition to our driveway last year and the concrete company re-routed our sprinkler system. They did not do a good job and they came back to our property twice to fix the issues. Our system sprung a leak in the same area this season and so I called Lee two days ago to see if he could come repair it. He scheduled me for today so the turnaround time was awesome. In order to properly fix the issue, Lee suggested they re-route from the double-check box so the pipes aren't so close to the driveway addition as well as burying them a bit deeper. After he and his partner fixed that, they ensured the entire system ran properly. Lee then spent time with explaining the best way to program our system given that we have three different types of heads (spray, drip and rotary). Each one requires its own amount given how they water. After adjusting the program he then explained how to add more run times to water when the weather heats up on the two days that Keller allows us to run our systems. I would highly recommend CRS Sprinkler for any sprinkler system repair needs. My experience with Lee and his partner were great.
