Dealt with Bruce since late December. Strange request of having him stop by my place to give an estimate on a boat repair. He is a mobile service so I figured it’s ok. I had Several requests on him to stop by, and I under stand he is busy, but I felt like I was being strung along. He said the job as described is anywhere from 500-1000. That not an estimate, that’s a range. Finally I sent pictures of the project to him as he agreed to so I can get an estimate. That was a week ago. No reply. I understand my project may not be a job he wants to take on, but if not, just say “sorry, I do t have time for that right now” and I’d move on. I sure he is very good at his job, big jobs, but little jobs like mine I do t think he wants to take on. I wish he would have just said so in the beginning instead of letting me thing he could help.

Bruce is an extremely nice and polite individual. He welded some new casters on my Smoker, and did an awesome job. This is the first time in a decade that my smoker is actually level! Very professional in his approach. We will use him again. Highly recommended.
Working with Bruce has been outstanding. I met with him at my house to go over the details of what I was looking for. I shared ideas with him and he also helped me with some input on how we could make some of the finishing details look better. He worked with my builder and I both on making sure things looked great and were on schedule. Now the project is completed and we could not be happier. I was very picky on some details but he was more than accommodating in helping me make sure we were happy. Thank you again Bruce and look forward to the next projects.
