Jess has always taken great care of Putter and Snoopy when they are not able to travel with us. We know they are in good hands and get to see pictures of them and other pups through social media/FB.

This place is the best!! Jess takes such great care of the dogs and puts so much effort into making sure they have fun and stay cool during the hot summer days. By far the best doggy daycare we have ever been to. (Good for grooming too!) I know when I leave my dog here, he’s having a great time and getting plenty of love & attention! And who doesn’t love getting to see pics of your dog throughout the day?!

Had the pleasure of meeting Jess yesterday. It was my pups 1st time at House of Wag. Loved that she took her time with us, wasn't rushed to just grab my dog and take her back. My girl came home exhausted, Can't wait to take her back next week!

I'll start this review by saying that my dog and I initially had good experiences at House of Wagg. He enjoyed daycare and boarding there & we had no issues. But, it only takes one bad experience to make you rethink trusting someone with your beloved dog. Given his pleasant experience, we decided to sign up for grooming and this is where we saw the true colors of the management team, who previously was so sweet, accommodating and pleasant. My dog had matted hair near paws and it was quite tricky to get to. There is a proper way to clip this, which was not done. After a 200 vet bill (a night of whimpering, discomfort, etc.), my dog was found to have razor burns and cuts near his paws. When I called the House of Wagg management team, asking them to reimburse me for just the groom (40ish) - not even the vet bill, I was very rudely told o\ despite the longstanding relationship we've had with this business. The team was rude and would not even sympathize with the fact that my dog was in discomfort, simply saying, \He'll be fine in a day or two.\ The matted hair is an issue, but razor cuts and burns worries me just as much - but the team couldn't see my point of view. While of course i'm saddened that my dog is uncomfortable, I do understand mistakes happen. I'm disappointed in this team's lack of accountability and inability to be empathetic and receptive to constructive medical feedback. The attached photo proves the state in which my dog was left in. The house of wagg management team is only pleasant when you agree with them, but the moment you have a bad experience - you're on your own. While this is just one bad experience of the 5 positive experiences I've had with them in the past, it does show the decline in character and professionalism, which is reason enough to not go back. Edit: And given the business owner's response to a doctor's note, it's clear they struggle with denial and delusion.
