My father needed to get blood work done. With the weather and electricity being a big issue I called ahead to make sure the location was open. I am a very understanding person, but this time I can not be. Like I said I wanted to see if my dad could go in to get us blood-work done. The person who answered the phone was very rude from the moment she answered. I wanted to check if they were opened- “I answered the phone didn’t I?” Now we try to find another location for him to go to.

The sad thing is, their lab technicians and staff are great. I've only had positive experiences with the people who perform the lab tests. However, I was billed two invoices, both of which were related to a well woman exam, which is fully covered by my insurance. Lab Corp tried to bill me 48.04 for lab work that was explicitly coded to bill through my health insurance. It is companies like Lab Corp that steal from average people. Rather than billing the insurance companies as they're explicitly instructed to do, they go after the everyday patient. They blatantly disregarded the code listed on my lab orders, and instead of charging the insurance companies they tried to scam me. The first time I called to dispute the invoice (because I was positive that it was covered by my insurance) they lied to me about the code on the orders. So I called again and spoke to a different representative and only after they were caught lying to me, did they state that they would proceed with collections on my invoices the way that they were instructed to (which is through my insurance; I was not liable for a single dollar). This is not okay. I am glad I didn't pay, and I hope no one else pays their fraudulent invoices.
If you wAnt a laid back place come here just be ready to pay. That is the first thing they ask at the kiosk and when they put you into the room. Make sure you have your cards ready. If you want the white person friendly environment DONT come here. The lady we got was in a rush to do everything which is fine just different from usual doctor visits. My grandma got her blood drawn and even though she didn’t say anything her face showed her pain. She is also disabled and uses a walker. They made her put her own pee from the hat into the cup. And she doesn’t have good control of her hands. Maybe I’m being to picky but that was our experience.
Stacy and other lab tech were really nice and went out of their way to help me when they found out Labcorp couldn’t draw my blood due to the special test analysis I needed . They called and found a place that would draw it and got the address for me . So sweet
Very unprofessional. Do this do that good bye is why you will get. Lady was very rude and said I’m not reading that your gunna read that to me. Won’t ever come to this location again for anything. They don’t even call in order they just call whoever back and forget making an appointment. This place is a joke.
