Very good service. Got my stuff fast. A little pricey though. I got 54- 1\ x 3\ plastic labels engraved with adhesive backing and it was 410 which included a 25 rush fee. It was about double the cost I was expecting. Before the order I asked Meghan what the cost would be and she said she could not tell me. I had to wait until the order was complete to know the cost. I would go here again, mostly for the sake of supporting our local businesses and keeping my money in TX but I think I will do some negotiating first.
Trophies & Awards Co. is a fantastic shop!!! I always highly recommend them to everyone that I know. I have been trading with them for years for all of my personal and business engraving and awards needs. Kevin has never been anything but nice and accommodating. He bends over backwards to help his clients. I will continue to frequent his shop often. He searched out the most reasonable product for what I wanted and got it to me by the date requested.
I contacted them about a simple job being done and they told me they would call me by that SAME day, however it has now been 6 days and Kevin informed me that he \thought\ he could get to his back log, but just hasn't. The respect to call and let us know that this can not be completed would have been nice to have! One and only time we will \use\ this company.
