This organization doesn't value or respect it's donors. Multiple people are driving and walking in freezing temperature and icy roads in attempt to donate. But they didn't bother to notify what's their true housrs of operation. On the website or phone it says ormal hours\, till 7 pm. There was nothing on the door even, when we walked there to see. But yet, it wasn't open at 4 pm. It's very disappointing and sad Hope their professionalism is better at least within the medical field. Have some respect for donors, let them know when you are open. Teach your staff to care.

This is the best location to donate plasma in DFW
The place was very clean and they disinfect the facility greatly. The staff is very professional and nice. Great hospitality!!!
For a new patient your completely lost and no one helps or speaks to you to guide you. Won’t be back. Someone recommended it because I had covid 19 and was told they needed it.
