Terrible service. Office staff isn't able to provide pricing info because the owner has to have control of everything, but won't answer his phone for her or the customer. Too busy with his personal life apparently. Agreed to a price, we paid and then he turned around and told us he didn't want to do business with us. We had to go back to collect our money. What a joke. I'm surprised this guy can even keep his business going with his lack of communication, back and forth arguing when all we wanted was a confirmation of what was happening.

DO NOT GO HERE. I spent good money to get 4 really awesome aged palm trees. I had them come out fertilize and wrap them for winter so they would not freeze. As you can see from the text messages below once it came time to do the spring fertilization and check the one ones that had obviously died they stopped all communications. Once you want them to uphold their warranties they will ignore you and not honor their warranties. I called and called texted as you can see and the owner just ignored all communications. In fact one of them was dead when they came out to do the winter fertilization and the owner said lets wait till spring and see if it comes back. They will take your money when it benefits them but once you need them to do the right thing nope, the owner simply does not care. I would NEVER treat my customers this way.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE!! Terrible business owner. He has someone at the counter make a deal with you then he text messages you 30 minutes later changing the price. The rudest person i have met. Rodney is a terrible person. I had 2 conflicting prices from him and an employee so I call to get clarification so he says ead your text messages\ then proceeds to hang up on me. Rodney has a short fuse and will get angry with you very quickly for just asking a question. DONT DO BUSINESS WITH RODNEY ORAND!! There are alot of other places to buy palms at better prices.
WHAT A JOKE OF A COMPANY! BE VERY CAREFUL! They sell inferior products at premium prices then try to rip your pants off on the install. Rodney also is constantly changing prices once an agreement has been made. This guy will steal every last dollar out of your pockets. Rodney Orand is very rude and disrespectful.
