I visited here today for some fishies . I needed tons of help. The clerk was there by the aquariums was named Serena, she is so sweet and knowledgeable about fish friends. I absolutely appreciate her and will return again! Thanks Serena G

My son took his dog to the groomer at Petco to get her nails done...they cut them and ground them so they wouldn't be so sharp...the groomers are amazing with the dogs and my son's dog lovesgoing there...she's excited from the time we pull up into the parking lot and all the way into the store

I’m only putting five stars so it goes to the top! DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOTT Bring your pet to get groomed here. They are very rude and they don’t care about the pets. I had an appointment for 1:00pm and the lady told me she won’t be able to start with my pup because she hadn’t started on her last pet and I had to come get my pup in 2-3 hrs.... how is that fair? I had booked my appointment 1 week prior now I have to wait because of your unprofessionalism?.. Also As I walked in there was a lady combing a dog but she was so rough and you can see the dog was very uncomfortable and she didn’t stop or try to go easier on him. Also when I received my pup back once she was done she seemed very disoriented like if she was given something. Once we got home she would whine and cry out of no where and we couldn’t figure out why or what was wrong. I have a feeling they gave her something. Besides that the place of work is very dirty they do not clean at all. They need to find new workers who actually care about the pets. I definitely will never be returning to Petco thank you.

I came in looking for antibiotic spray and bandages for my dog. They had that and more. As I walked in, i was greeted and i felt very comfortable (1st time to a Petco). Very clean. All fish, turtles, tropical plants were healthy. I will definately return. The employees were very professiomal, didn't seem to mind that I found myself talking to a fish and a big turtle.
