I have been taking both of my cars here for a few years. I have found that they will work with my schedule, do the most cost effective work, and provide me with confidence that my car will operate properly when I leave the shop. I have started buying tires here as well. Discount Tire always told me to get X tire, Ratchet Bros let me know that those are soft tires. Ratchet Bros got me the right tires for what I want at the same price. I had asked the folks at Discount Tires the exact same questions and kept getting the same answer. Every time I use Ratchet Bros I know that I am spending money at a local shop with a local owner who takes care of his employees. I am extremely happy to have found \my shop\ where I know I will not get burned.

RBSC did a great job installing my Bilstein leveling kit and mounting new tires on my 4runner. Their front office person, Cindy, was very professional. Sam listened to what I wanted and answered all my questions. I will go back for future mods.

I brought my Tundra in to get wheel spacers installed, tires rotated, and have LED fogs and headlights installed. All things that I just don't have the time and garage space to do at home. Not only did they get my job done quick, they were super reasonable on pricing. I've heard lots of good things about Sam and his crew, but I'll be taking my truck there exclusively from now on. Nice job making a small job important fellas!

Absolutely a great team of mechanics there. Very knowledgeable team, listens to the customers concerns and addresses them accordingly. I drive almost an hour one way to this mechanic and will continue to do that. The owner Sam, is very friendly and not a guy who tries to nickel and dime you with unnecessary repairs. Highly recommend this shop even if you have to drive a ways.

Yet another Excellent experience. Ratchet Brother's does all of the performance upgrades as well as general maintenance on my truck. Sam's customer service is outstanding and him and his staff are super nice. Let's not forget the competitive pricing either. If you are looking for a truly honest and trustworthy mechanic look no further. I have referred not only family, but close friends as well.
