Taking this POST Class {Professional Office Skills Training) Class at The Ladder Alliance has been and continues to be an awesome experience which not only is enhancing my knowledge but also, I have had the opportunity to meet some exceptional people and build some great relationships. Being a student at The Ladder Alliance has given me more than just a skill but it has also helped me to understand myself and others, and it has spoken to my needs whether they were emotional, physical or whatever the need was at the time. I recommend The Ladder Alliance to anyone who wants personal growth and needs help starting over. I thank everyone at The Ladder Alliance for sharing all your knowledge, skills, giving, and caring with me and everyone who comes thru your doors who is seeking assistance. I am so grateful that I came!

This is a great place to learn computer skills, and also to develop the best of yourself as a human being is the most important part of the life (BICB). I was graduated from Cohort 8, I loved this POST program, the staff and their ethic work, blessings to all of them. I have to say: \Thanks to Ladder Alliance for the opportunity to be part of its history and mission\.\u200d

I can't believe it's almost the end of April, and May is just around the corner for graduation day. Very soon I'll be on the hunt for a job, taking the knowledge I learned from these amazing instructors who have taken the time out to help those who need a career change. I want to say thanks for giving me the chance to improve my skills for the work field. I pray that this organization will continue to be around till the end of time because there are so many people in the world who can take advantage of this program just like I did. Thanks, Ladder Alliance!!

I am a current POST student at the ladder alliance. I am beyond grateful for having this opportunity. I was disabled for almost ten years. The ladder alliance is giving me a second chance to start over. I plan to take the skills they are teaching me and apply them to my everyday life. This program is not only providing me with the computer skills I need. Every Friday a TCC instructor comes in to teach a Customer Service class. The ladder alliance also offers the success store to all their students to make sure we’re always dressed for success. They are helping me grow as a person and am honored to be in a class with a very beautiful and diverse group of ladies. I am thankful for all of the ladder alliance staff, and donors for making this program available to the community.
