If I could give 0 stars I would. Teresa, the clerk is RUDE!! Everytime I come in I have a bad experience with her.. and I’m not surprised now that I see this location has such bad reviews and bad customer service is the norm. Anytime anyone comes in she acts as if she bothered and doesn’t have the time.. she takes forever, the line is always long when it’s just her. uhm!!! You’re at work, this is your job.. Management is no better. Nothing is done when you complain so you might as well not be bothered.. I will be filing a complaint with the BBB so that this matter is brought to the attention of the proper people because obviously nothing is being done for this behavior to be going on for so long.

Wouldn't release a package because they morally objected to the contents (declared via customs). Claimed to have \attempted delivery\, did not. I scheduled a redelivery, which they also didn't do.
The reviews that I seen where horrible and they almost prevented me from opening up a PO Box and mailing 20 packages. As soon as I entered the PO - I was greeted with kindness and great customer service. Teresa was very kind and helpful. I had a few packages that had the wrong zip codes, but this lady never acted nothing more than nice. There was another gentleman that was behind the counter and he cleared out my new PO Box and had it ready for me after I was finished at the counter. I'm glad I chose this location and I look forward to doing business with them. #NothingButGoodEnergy
If i could give a 0 star i would. Its the third package that says delivered and not in my mailbox. I am sure that my packages are being stolen by the employees at thia location. I will be filing a consumer complaint, a police report so that they can open an investigation at this location. I have spoke to this location 2 times and they keep giving me the \we will work on it card and our supervisor\. No one has contacted me at all.
Closed even tho website and hours on door say it should be open.
