Super cute place, great location and cool lounge area located within the hotel. The only reason it’s a 3 star is we waited a little under 5 hours to be checked into our room because they didn’t have any linens... on top of that after asking several times and having them reassure us that our name is on the list and we would be called when it was ready... they didn’t call us. So would be have waited more than 5hrs if we didn’t continue asking? We were one of MANY guest who experienced this and no manager was even present. I may be a little upset since we flew in and just wanted a room to shower before adventuring out but instead lost a whole day. With that being said I still recommend this hotel because the staff was still great, just call before you sit and wait after they continuously tell you “just 10 more minutes.”

The only photo I took was on their delicious drinks! We arrived around 3:30 to check in. There was an issue with the sheets not being delivered. The hotel gave us free drinks vouchers. They said they would call once the room was ready. We didn’t receive a call, came back to the resort at 8pm. We finally got a room, the staff apologized and took care of some other fees, due to their mistake. I was bummed we didn’t get a chance to use the entire facility since we only stayed one night.

Chic hotel. Loved the decor and modern feel. Restaurant was good. The Great Gatsby themed dinner was a blast. Only downside was the hotel was not well sound proofed. The neighbors upstairs kept me awake for most of the morning while they got ready to leave and I tried to sleep in, but otherwise it was a great stay.

Came to Phoenix for a conference &, fortunately for me, all of the conference-reserved rooms at other hotels were booked & I snagged this one on a blind Priceline deal. THIS PLACE IS W.O.N.D.E.R.F.U.L.! From the uniquely fabulous painting of Burt Reynolds when you walk in to the super friendly staff (who were even happy to offer me an umbrella to use when the weather turned unseasonably rainy) to the Gorgeous (yes, that’s a capital G...) rooms, this place was a welcomed breath of fresh air. I have to admit that the bathroom was my favorite part. Strange, I know, but it was open concept without being \u003etoo\u003c open concept... two-way sink... open air shower... frosted panes... it was like no other hotel I had been to & I actually enjoyed spending time in the room! There is a Metro stop right in front, which is SUPER handy & I was able to find a ton of tasty restaurants nearby. If you’re asking yourself if it’s worth it, do yourself a favor & just trust me that it is. ️️️

What a joke. I have been in the hotel industry my whole life and this place has no idea what they are doing. We rented a room for a girls staycation and it was such a terrible experience we checked out and went home. Check in was a nightmare, our room wasn't ready at checkin time and then they gave us the wrong room. After finally getting into the room we left for a few hrs to enjoy the evening. Upon returning there was a dog barking. We also ran into some nice ladies who could not get into their room. I tried to call the front desk to have them come let them in since they had all their luggage and our phone did not work. These nice ladies had waited most of the evening for their room they also decided to leave. They lady working the desk let us check out and was friendly about it. The rooms were nicely decorated and clean. Hiring some people experienced in hospitality could really turn this place around.

Gorgeous hotel and location. Beautiful views and artwork. The room and service left much to desire considering this one night cost almost 500. Only rooms with balcony start at 399. First room was missing a large seating area but was on the top floor. Front desk got us into another room set up as advertised on the 5th floor. You can see the burn hole in the patio furniture. This is a non smoking property. Also for some reason you couldn't turn the TV up past a certain volume the speakers start to cut out. And all the lights in the room would flicker when the heater or fridge turned on and off. The Adam's Mark hotel only cost 150 and everything in that place was gold and marble. I'm confused why it cost so much to stay here.

Horrible service, rude staff. Stay elsewhere. Check in is supposed to be 3pm, however room was available at 5:30pm...with no linen on bed. Still another hour before bed was made. Room was dusty and had not been cleaned. Was offered a free drink coupon...gee thanks. Upon check out, front desk was given a package to mail. Package was “lost” and never seen again. Staff unhelpful in tracking package. Police report filed. I stay in numerous hotels throughout the year for business travel. This hotel is by far the worst.

I like the suite i stayed at i recommended it and love the art and the vibe But what i did not like is couple things first the disturbance of the power wash machine they use early morning that couldn't make me sleep and when i let the front desk know about my issue on check out, the comment was (ohh you are not a morning person?) I said no i am here on Vacation and would like to sleep my morning. And second issue is they did not tell me on the extra charge to park my car until its time to checkout where i had a second option to park my car if i knew it will cost more money.
