It is a nice building and place to live. The amenities make the price more worth it. Fully furnished apartment, gym, lounge areas, and roof top access. My favorite parts: great natural lighting (wall to floor windows everywhere- see photo below for bedroom view), the amenities, and having my own bathroom. The noticeable downsides are: the kitchen & common area is a bit small (for 4 people anyway), the walls are a bit thin so you can hear in the living room/other rooms some, the pipes are very loud and make quite a bit of noise (mostly noticeable at night), and the WiFi can be VERY rough (not sure if this is consistent each year but this year has been terrible). WiFi is included, water/electric are separate (roughly 20/month per person). Overall, I would say it's a bit pricey for what you are actually getting but like I mentioned, the amenities make it feel more worth it. **Edited from 4/5 to 3/5 after a few more months of living here: staff and management have subpar (at best) customer service and are fairly unresponsive to any reported issues in general. Not sure if it's because it's \student housing\ or just how they operate.

This apartment has everything a college student could ever want. The staff is so helpful and the amenities are incredible. Our apartment has a phenomenal view, too! 10/10 recommend

This apartment is so nice! My friends and I just signed a lease for the 2021-2022 school year and we couldn't be more excited! The facilities and amenities are amazing, and we fell in love with it as soon as we toured. The application process was simple, and their leasing office was very helpful!

DO NOT LIVE HERE. If you are willing to pay this high rent, you deserve better place. Although their move in date is end of August, you need to PAY for the whole August month. When I move in, the light bulb didn’t work, the floor is dirty, and the decoration is bad compared to other apartments in Ann Arbor. Moreover, the living room and kitchen is very very very small. I went to other students’ apartments, and everyone has a larger place to live than me, and in a lower price. Besides, the wall is very very thin. You totally cannot sleep if your roommate does not sleep at the same time. A little noice sounds loud. Another thing is the window cannot open, so you cannot breath any fresh air at room. Update in winter 2019: The room is freezing!!!!! I have a fever now and cannot sleep well. I submitted the work order and they totally cannot fix the problem. They told me to wait for warm days...... I’m so regret to live in here, the price is too expensive which is my health. Living here is definitely the first bad choice I made after move to Ann Arbor.
