I've lived here for almost 2 years and have watched the management of this apartment building go from bad to worse. They will say anything they can to get to you to sign your lease, but once that is over, be prepared for them to forget about you. Below are some highlights of what to expect if you live in Foundry Lofts. - Management of this property will fail every year to fix the most basic of problems because they do not care at all about their residents or their pets. - If you are a pet owner, you have been warned. This building has electric sliding doors that will shock your pet when it rains and during the winter time. If you complain about this issue, they will simply put a sign on the door or carpet over the exposed metal that is shocking your animal. Every year, this will happen, and every year, the residents will complain to no avail. - If you value living in a smoke-free building, do not look here. Residents will smoke cigarettes and weed in their apartments, and the most management will do is send out an email asking residents not to smoke indoors. - You can expect the automatic doors, trash chutes, and elevators to break almost monthly and for weeks to pass before they are fixed. - You can expect management to not follow their own rules set in the lease in regard to how many hours notice they need to give a resident before entering your apartment.
This place is absolutely disgusting, bugs and mosquitos flying around in a building that charges well north of 2k a month. This is a waste of prime real estate, and management is completely ineffective. Completely unacceptable. I invite management to respond to my review and contact me.
I have lived here a little over 6 months and have been extremely disappointed. The apartment is very cute, and it ends there. Since moving in I have had my dryer replaced, my AC broken 3 times within 2 months, broken garbage disposal, leak in my closet, and water heater broken with several times of my water being shut off. On top of that, this is the loudest apartment I’ve lived in. They allow dogs to bark all day and put them over residents without dogs as I’m sure they make more money. The leasing office doesn't communicate well at all. I would not recommend Foundry Loft to anyone. This is my first time writing a review.
