My water bill more than doubled in the last year. I called and questioned the increase and she said I might have a leaky toilet. Seriously? My bill went from 60 to 120 because of a leaky toilet? I requested that someone come out to check my meter. No one ever called or came to the door and I was charged a 10 service fee. When I called them back I was told everything is working properly. Total rip off!!

This company ( Epcor of Fountain Hills , Az.) during July and August ,2020 charged us 402 and 1275 respectively for water that was recorded by their newly installed water meter . After a long dispute with them , they deducted 500 . We had no leaks whatsoever through testing which was performed by a licensed plumber . They are powerful , and well trained to fight the customer .

My father recently(3 days ago) purchased and moved into a home in Fountain Hills and we called them to get out water connected. Long story short they put us on hold for 3 min and then when they finally take us off hold they state \I am sorry we can no longer speak to you due to threats you have made against our office and employees in the past. Please refer to the in person visit from our representative and follow the instructions you were given.\ After which they hung up immediately. We tried calling them but each time we got the same response, we even tried talking to a supervisor but the employee we spoke to said we are not allowed to speak with a manager until we tell him why we are calling, we obliged told him why and explained how my father had just bought this home and wants to connect water. Surprise surprise after we gave him our address he said since we have threatened this company repeatedly and maliciously over our time of use we can not continue this phone call. I don't understand what kind of employees they hire there or who does there training and how its possible to be so confused by such a simple request. We still have no water and they still refuse to speak to us. When we called an hour ago they referred to us as \Mr. Kurz\ who was the (previous owner) and giving us the same response as before. Can someone help? I am brutally disgusted by the treatment this company has given me and my father!

I set up autopay with my bank and Epcor refused to accept the payment. Then got haseled for none payment so I tried to set up auto pay through them. Still hasn't happened. I have been running business for fifty years, and I believe that this business should cease to exist!

Since Epcor has taken over our water system the water pressure is so weak that showering is a joke. If I run my faucet in the kitchen sink there is not enough water pressure to run the sprayer to squirt off dishes.
