Has a roach problem bad! No matter how clean we kept our apartment the neighbors didn’t and building 9 had roaches. Oh also a great place full of bad behavior criminals and horrible staff. And if you had a deposit forget about it you won’t receive it back it’s been 35 days since move out and no one has an answer. Ask for a manager she hasn’t been to work in a month. Save your money guys and go for quality not cheaper!

I lived here for 2 years and I enjoyed my time I had no issues with staff they treated me great and helped me with any of my problems.. the only reason why I gave it a four star was.. I had a issues with the poor maintenance of the property there has been a pot hole in the middle of street and it’s been there for a year now and I had a bird issues other then that I loved the manager Patricia she was there to help with any problem I wish I took her with me to my new ones now lol no big problem or no issues with bugs.
Friendly staff that is always available to answer my questions. I have lived here 2 years, during this time I felt very comfortable expressing wants and needs and the staff along with maintenance has promptly identified and implemented a solution. They are always coming up with innovative ways to make our community better. Thank you for all that you do.

So I know roaches here are a thing, but that's any apartment that you go to. Only real issue that we have is that neighbors smoke a lot and the walls are really thin so the smell travels to other units. Some times we'll wake up in the morning and when we come home from visiting family that our apartments wreaks of cigarettes. Our kids now have developed asthma from this issue and we're concerned that it'll turn into bronchitis. We've notified the office, but everything they've suggested we do to resolve the problem we've already done. It's been going on for about month or so and it's making harder for all of us to breathe. Also, we've notified the office at least 4 or 5 times now about the mold growing above our bathroom ceiling and out of the 4 or 5 times we've mentioned it maintenance has only come by twice. There's a huge pothole as well in the complex that's been damaging a lot of tenants vehicles when they have to drive through to get to the exits or to get to their parking spots. We've heard a lot of domestic violence as well throughout the complex and seen Phoenix PD in here a couple times cause of it. Not sure if this complex has Security or not cause nobody ever really has seen a Security Officer around. Our only concern though is the health of our children and the longer we stay here it seems to be getting worse.
