Wanted to write a quick review on these guys. Bought a new boat (from an out of state marina) and the motor had an issue after 6 hours. It was crushing. Looked like 4 weeks to get it fixed due to backups and backlogs at other marinas. Got a hold of Patrick at Five Star through the Volvo network. He recognized my issue and worked hard to overnight the part and since the repair was a quick one, he spent some extra time to fit it in. As a boat owner with kids, I can’t tell you how important it was to get this back online. Patrick helped without hesitation. I would highly recommend Five Star to anyone and I will be servicing my boat there going forward.

I've been boating on the Chain for 34 years and I've dealt with a lot of repair and storage facilities in that time. I have never received better service anywhere. Patrick and his crew go out of their way to keep my 19 year old Larsen running at its best all summer. I brought it in last Friday because it suddenly slowed down & couldn't get up on plane. He looked at it on a busy Saturday morning to see if it was an easy fix and I could have it back for the weekend. It wasn't easy and I was afraid I would miss another weekend (there aren't too many) but he got it fixed and I'm back on the lake today. Great guys, great service!
Have been working with Pat and his team for many years. They continue to stand by the products they sell me with excellent maintenance and warranty service. Even when they are super busy they try to squeeze me into the schedule and keep our boat on the water. Pat, Joaquin and Eric frequently work extra hours to take care of our ShoreMaster pier too. They are dedicated to customer satisfaction.
I made the difficult decision to sell my boat. Working 6 days a week I knew I wouldn’t have time to sell by owner, so we reached out to 5 star to broker the boat.I have always been particular about taking care of my boat and where I leave the boat. I purchased a small 17' boat on consignment from 5 star. It was an older boat in good condition. Patrick and his staff accommodated all of my requests, answered all of my questions and followed through on all of their promises. This was all accomplished during their busy season at the beginning of spring. My purchase was of an older small boat and I was treated as if I was purchasing a new boat. Considering the age and price of the boat, I can only assume there was not much profit in the transaction for them however the professionalism remained. I appreciate the customer service and professionalism of Patrick and his staff. Thank you and I highly recommend them!
