The work went so smoothly from Darrell's visit to inspect and quote the task to the crew that installed the roof and made the repairs. I had three quotes, and neither the larger company nor the small local family business could beat the price for the same product. Darrell worked with my insurance, make sure I was aware of and comfortable with the colors and options, and the task began and finished on time. No drama, no hidden fees.

Had to replace a roof prior to closing on our home. Tate was easy to job with and accommodating when it arrived to inspection/estimate and lining up the job. The crew started early and finished it up same day, and did a fine job on clean up. Good, quick communication all the way around. helpful in home office when needed as well.
Cameron and his team restored both of the roofs on 2 rental houses of mine, that were damaged by the last storm. They were efficient & their price was reasonable. Cameron’s communication throughout the entire process was great! That’s hard to find in Wilmington!

Even though they were quite busy with all the hail damage in Gary City, they remain quite professional throughout the process from inspection, working with my insurance company, to completing the jobs needed. They did a good project on my roof, gutters, downspouts, and siding. They were easy to job with, and even though they were busy, also available to communicate with throughout the process, which was important to me.
Can't thank Glenn and team for the terrifc work and prompt service they gave us after the storm to get our roof repaired. Professional, reliable and actually did what they promised to do. Would recommend to family, friends and anyone who wants good service.
I cannot say enough awesome things about these folks. I was in a situation where I would have lost my insurance unless I got a new roof by the end of the year. I got several bids because my budget was so tight, cost was a large factor. Jaime was terrifc on following up.My new roof will be done today. I'm amazed and so appreciative. terrifc customer service, the guys were polite and nice and worked through the wind and the rain. Don't go anywhere else.
