UPDATE: I received an email from the general manager who took full responsibility. The store is understaffed with employees who would do the job I needed. I do understand that Valley County is a difficult place to staff skilled labor right now given the employment opportunities available elsewhere. I changed my review to 3 stars based on his response. Original review: I frustrated and still without a door. I told the employee to forget it, I'll get the door somewhere else. The employee said he's really busy and that he was sorry. Gee thanks. Well, why don't you talk to your boss about hiring someone to do what seems to take about 15 minutes since you couldnt get it done over the last 60 days even after repeatedly committing to doing it.
