It was very pleasant/nice to go to an actual store and talk to someone about the item prior to perchance. I have gotten used to buying things online. As long as this vacuum works like its supposed to, I will suggest this store to anyone who asks about a vacuum and for my future purchases of vacuum and vacuum products. Michael Brown at the store was very helpful and knowledgeable about the products to an extent that I do not think enough research online could have help me with my purchase decision better than him.

I live in AL but was traveling to Evansville, Indiana for a medical appointment. My Oreck XL 21 has been on the fritz for several years and required a bunch of replacement parts. The Owner allowed me to drop off my Oreck and promised it would be ready (the next day) Friday upon my return trip to Alabama. I returned to get my Oreck and it was already ready, fixed up, tuned up, and ready to go. Now that's service. I was expecting an invoice for 200.00 or more considering all the parts and labor. The final cost was 100 and change. I was so happy. Now I can get another 20 years out of old Oreck. Thank You Oreck Staff.

These guys ‘fixed’ my Shark and did not charge. (Turned it on in the store and it started working again!) Very helpful, and very reassuring: if the problem persisted, bring it back and they’d see what they could do!
