We moved into a new condo where the previous owners had left a bit of a mess. Speakers in the walls, no instructions on how to work them, masses of wires in various closets ... you name it. Dan came, evaluated the situation, discussed options and gave us ranges from simply getting things working (and training us on how to use them) all the way to options for making our AV experience better and more modern. Dan and Andy with Pure Sound & Vision are my go-to guys for any audio/visual projects I have. This is the second time I've worked with them and it won't be the last! They just installed this Samsung Frame in my dental office waiting room and I love it. It was their suggestion to go with the Frame and it really provides a professional look to my office. Dan and company were contacted by me in order to replace an old TV with a new one and incorporate it into my existing Home Theater system. The communication between PSV and me was top notch and Dan understood clearly what I wanted and how he was going to meet those wants. He put together clear, concise proposals, giving me options in terms of different TVs and supporting equipment that would work well within my existing home theater system. He identified parts which needed replacing and kept everything within a certain budget, again giving me options in terms of my selections. The work performed was professional, crew were superb and cleaned up after the work was completed. Dan's programming of the universal remote was nothing short of spectacular. It is so much more simpler and efficient than the old set-up we had with the older remote. We will be using Dan and company again for your future sound and vision needs.
Dan has been amazing and gave us recommendations that made our new home build sound amazing! We added CAT5 wiring throughout, Sonos to the great room, kitchen, outdoor patio, and basement theater. He was honest and professional, along with keeping us on budget! I sat outside on the covered porch last night and was amazed with the quality and sound from our speakers!
