I cannot say enough great things for the staff and crew at Cooks! A Saturday system back up is the last thing you want to head into the weekend with and worrying about getting someone just adds more stress but a call to Cooks resulted in the emergency crew coming out a few hours later and fixing the backup immediately- while they were there we had them pump the tank! Service was swift and i will emphasize again it was a weekend and the job was completed in a timely manor. I am very appreciative and would highly recommend you consider them for your septic system needs.

I contacted Fred Cook when my Septic overflow backed up. We've had the house for 9 years and been in family for 15 years. I never knew where tank was. I've always had a sewer system. Once I found the overflow. I assumed tank was there are about 10 feet. Steve Ludweig was able to snake the trap/overflow. Everything was flowing. But i still had no idea where it was. Steve was awesome, cool, calm and very professional. He dropped some liquid into trap and with a device he traced it to where the tank was about 100 feet away. Once he was sure where it was. I kept thinking no way its this far out. Now its about 7 at night. He gets the shovel and starts to dig where he knows it's at. I'm saying i will have my men come out tomorrow to dig. But he said not leaving till we find the tank and pump it out. Sure enough after going down about one foot. We found the tank, he removed the heavy door and pumped out the tank. I was very happy with Cook and Steve. Their office Rose, were extremely helpful and explained all the charges before hand. Very accommodating as I called them Monday morning and they came out that afternoon. I am so happy with their service.
Pumped the septic. Professional and friendly service. Came on time and very carefully backed up our long driveway. Dug up and neatly replaced soil.
