I had a tooth pulled in November 2020 (in the Hagerstown office), the Monday before Thanksgiving. No pain after just more of an annoyance with the healing but I rinsed with mouth rinse and listened to everything they asked me to do and healed nicely. I have a lot more visits bc of how bad my teeth are but I pray that I will be okay with there help. I was taken care of by Dr. Forbes which I know understand that he is no longer with the practice anymore in December 2020. I have another appointment Monday February 1st, 2021 and I hope that it is quick and painless as the last Doctor was a bit rough in removing my one tooth. Overall the staff was very friendly and helpful. I suffer with severe anxiety so it was nice that they tried to keep the mood light and calming. I would recommend! They also except care credit which was great!!! That, for many of us, is half the battle right there. You will enjoy there office. Good Luck!

I called Friday and was seen Monday morning and my tooth was extracted by 10am. Wonderful service from start to finish. Everyone took their time and explained what was happening and what to expect. Everyone was so friendly. Even the tooth extraction wasn’t too painful. Thank you for a job well done!!!

Dr. Chaudhary assured me that I had no worries, all I needed to do was show up and go to sleep and when I awoke everything would be done. There was no pain, the Dr. and her assistants all so sweet and a great bedside manner. I could laugh and joke with them like I had known them forever. Recommend to everyone that has that fear of blood, or pain!

Highly recommend!! Dr. Chaudhary was sooo nice and informative! Went above and beyond to help me! Actual extraction was performed by Dr. Nelson. He tried to keep the atmosphere light by joking, which kinda worked. Day of extraction forward, I have experienced ZERO pain! Like it never happened! Let's not forget front desk (Kia?) and insurance/check out lady*sorry can't remember her name! Both were very kind, patient and helpful! I've been to other oral surgeons that I wouldn't recommend to my worst enemy, this place though is AMAZING!!

While having teeth removed is never fun, they kept light hearted and even timed the jokes when I could laugh. Only issue was appointment time and time they started. Highly recommend.
