I have dropped off a chandelier to get rewired back on 8-24-2020 I have told the owner that I need this done as soon as possible and I'm willing to pay more money. He told me it'll be 150.00 to rewire but if you need it done as soon as you're saying it will be 500.00 I told him no problem to get this done he told me he can doit. I have stop backin a week later i was under the impression that my chandelier was going to be done i have never gotten a call from the owner i just figure it was done sence im willing to pay triple the price. I got there and the owner was like I never touched your chandelier yet OK i replied when you think it'll be finish up he told me that hes going to start on it by the end of the day. Well now it's the 9th of August i went back to the shop today Right away he comes up and says that O your chandelier is not ready he does not give a call he has my number all my information no phone calls no customer service all he was saying I've been in business for 43 years and I know what I'm doing well apparently not im kept getting the runaround and lie too. Very dehonest person do not take your business here go somewhere else where people appreciate you. Also I had a to cancel the electricians now twice so they can hang my chandelier up. This is a mess

Over the years we have brought Don broken lamps, chandeliers, brass candle stick holders, etc. Both very old and new. Don's work is impeccable and he is very honest. If it can't be fixed or isn't worth fixing he will tell you. His repair pricing is very fair and his work is awesome! You can see that he has been doing this for decades. He really knows metals. Frederick is lucky to have such a skilled craftsman.
