I have never in my life took the time to leave a review on a company. Usually, as long as the company gets the job done, it's all good. Im not petty and unreasonable. But this company really dropped the ball. I purchased a water heater from home depot. I called them to install and they referred me to this company as a provider and the only one who works in our area. I called last Sunday, left a message. I then called many times throughout the week. I left voicemail messages, text messages etc. I got through to someone 3x. Twice, a lovely lady in the office spoke to me and once i received a message via text. The first time with the office lady, she asked for photos of my old unit. She was supposed to get back to me within the hour with a quote. A day and a half passed by. I called again and asked what the status was she said \oh only one guy at our office does the home depot calls. He's on lunch but he'll call you back when he returns. I will put your ticket on his desk.\ Mind you I had told the company multiple times that my unit was already leaking a bit and that I don't want to tempt fate. This was Thursday. I heard nothing Friday. I received a text at some point saying someone in the office will get back to me. Needless to say the guy on lunch must have went overseas for his lunch because I still haven't gotten a call back. It is Saturday now. The unit split and decent amount of water flooded my floors (75 gallon heater). If you don't want to do home depot customers, then take your name off of the provider list! There are other companies that would be happy to get on the list. I couldn't even get a quote after 6 days!! Stay away from this company!! Unprofessional, unorganized, and close to being negligent.

We had a small bathroom with an old shower stall, and were looking for an upgrade. I got estimates from a few contractors, including the big box guys. Tim from Brick Street had the best ideas, got back in a few days with virtual views on a laptop, and had a good (but not the lowest) price. We agreed to timeline and materials, and everything went smoothly - on time, good craftsmanship, and cleaned up afterward, every day. The final result looks great, and is much appreciated. We will definitely call Brick Street next time we want an estimate, and they will start at the front of the line.
STAY AWAY from this company. They stated that they installed a part and did not. I only gave one star because the technician was great even though he didnt install the part that he didnt have to since I already had the part. However, they still charged me for the part. I have been calling since Sept 2020. They never answer the phone and when you think you are finally getting through to someone they pick up and hang up on you. I did speak to someone twice and was told that they have to speak to the technician and a manager would get back to me. Well I am still waiting 5 months later. BEWARE and STAY AWAY.
Our initial interaction with Tim from Brick Street was wonderful. He came out and said that he would be able to get us an estimate early the following week. I called three weeks later to check in, and then finally received an informal estimate a week after calling. Tim said that he would have the formal proposal to me at the beginning of the next week. It has now been a month and I have not received any communication. I have texted and called and not gotten any response. I am thoroughly frustrated. I do not require instant gratification, however if you set a deadline and miss it I expect to be contacted with a new timeline. 9/26 I'm adding a screen shot of the text Tim sent me just a few hours after posting my review above. Clearly his phone is working fine, and he just chooses not to meet deadlines or respond to potential clients. \We are definitely not interested in working for you.
