A good starter course for someone just learning.. new ownership recently.. everything needs abit of work but for the price it works

The views are priceless, the fairways and ruff are great. Mix of challenging to beginner holes, a few of the greens could use some work but for a, non pro golfer it was a great experience!
I used to always play this course years ago. But the maintenance of the course has gone downhill. Currently outside of the fairway is not being mowed at all. It makes it a lot less enjoyable. The greens need some work as well.
For the low green fee, it is not bad at all for enjoying a day of practicing golf.
Very good golf course fairways and greens could be better but service was great
