I had a great experience here and had my blood taken by a woman named Shantell. She was technically proficient, very up beat, and showed obvious compassion for the people under her care (give her a raise). The other women working were very kind and patient as well. I will be returning here if I ever need testing done in the future.

I had a good experience. I made an appointment online and did mobile check-in from my car when I arrived. I came into the waiting room when they texted me and waited a couple of min while the receptionist was with another customer. After they went over my lab work order, I was asked to take a seat and waited a couple more minutes for the phlebotomist. Everything from check-in to specimen retrieval was over fast and everyone was polite and professional.
I had the most pleasant experience getting my lab draw this morning! I always struggle and it is something I dread. Today was a completely different experience. The staff was very professional and the phlebotomist was so amazing and an expert in her work. I am so grateful to have gone to this location!
I went for routine blood work. With the Covid-19, I had completed an online pre-check in and was instructed to text from my car when I arrived and I would be told when to come in. I arrived 10 minutes before my appointment, texted and I waited in my car about 3-5 minutes before I received a text telling me to come in. When I went in, the receptionist confirmed my name and told me I could go straight back to exam room 1. The technician came in almost immediately. She was friendly, got the vein on the first try and I was done. I wasn't inside more than 5 minutes, so the whole thing took about 10 minutes from the time I parked. Very pleased.
These people take forever to check you in. By far the longest I’ve had to wait. 25 minutes and there were maybe 2 other people in the lobby. No thanks. I’ll ask my doctor to send elsewhere.
