I wanted to sell a fairly large amount of silver and recently I discovered Monument Metals, being that they are within a driving distance from where I live. I did not want to ship such a heavy load of metals and deal with the hassle and risk of damage/theft. I called and was given a quote (very competitive prices) for some of the coins and bars I wanted to sell. Being very happy with the numbers I was quoted, I decided to make the drive and deal in person. I sat down with Jon (founder/owner) and we started going over my collection of coins and bars. I could tell he was very eager to do business and very open to negotiating the best prices for my silver. And that he did.. he actually gave me better prices than even his original quote and was extremely fair with valuing items that we hadn't originally talked about. Happy as I was, I decided to make the sale. Jon is a person that runs his business very well. He was very informative and professional throughout the entire process. I left happy and with a very satisfied feeling overall. I would recommend Monument Metals to anyone looking to buy, or sell, precious metals as they are one of the best in the industry!

Im very disappointed Im very disappointed. I tried ordering something online and they said i needed shipping address confirmation for my payment method. I said that is ridiculous because apmex didn't need that too ship my orders. Then the owner of the company refused to take my order. After i asked so i cant get the order i want it. He said no your email was colorful. this is not the way things should be handled you where just saying i can fix it and now you wont work with me. your very rude and i think you should have someone help you with customer service because your not doing it right!

This is a great company and I have dealt with most of them. These guys are knowledgeable and they always go the extra mile. I have placed multiple orders by e check (Which takes 5 days to clear) and credit card and have always got my orders well packed and secure.
