The sales rep Chris Thomas is the best sales representative i have encountered in my life. In NYC i have bought vehciles from Acura,BMW,Lexus and Mercedes.This was my first Audi experience and i am glad I took the drive because it was definitely worth it. The experience I was presented under Chris's supervision was absolutely outstanding. From the professionalism to the transparency and even the followup from him and his team after I drove home was impeccable. This definitely wont be my last audi and I am planning to take the 4 hour drive each time I need a new car. The funniest thing is that it was pure luck talking to Chris. I was actually on the audi website talking to the generic chat at 12 am. It was a blessing that Chris responded and the selfish part of me is wishing he wont get promoted too fast because i wish i can get all my future cars from him and his team. Oh and I wish he does get some more rest as well for staying up lol!

Just purchased a 2019 Volvo XC60 from Ourisman, We we’re lucky enough to have Joe Holloway as our sales person. Joe was more of an advisor than a typical salesman which was so refreshing, no pressure at all just helpful information, Joe is definitely a car guy that knows everything you will need to know when purchasing a car. Real customer service is alive and well at this dealership. By the way we left there with what I felt was a great deal much better than what I saw when visiting other dealerships around Baltimore and Rockville area. 5 star dealership with a 5 star sales representative.
