Freaking love this place. Atmosphere is very laid back. Very challenging routes. Awesome work out. People are very welcoming. No rude people. The only way they can improve this place is by having a bbq pit going. Hahahaha. Will definitely recommend the place to others and we will be coming back for sure, after I work out and get better so I can really enjoy the place to the fullest.

This place is the best! I am relatively new to climbing and started at a later age than most (let's just say 50). Climbing is a great workout and a lot of fun and I encourage you to try it. The people that climb here, in addition to the owner and staff, are very welcoming and friendly. It is a safe and clean environment where I feel comfortable, even since covid-19 rocked our world. What sets the boulder yard apart from the several other climbing gyms I have visited is the number and variety of routes and the community atmosphere. I highly recommend the boulder yard.

Super cool place super awesome staff and vibe it was my first time climbing so in terms of how good the gym was for climbing cant say but I really enjoyed it

I was there for a USA climbing competition. Crash mats were soft. Routs were great but werent marked with grades. Staff was pleasant. Bathrooms were dirty. The gym is also rather small
