Heat went out during the coldest part of the year. Second time using this company. Will was the servicing tech. He showed up on time and was very customer oriented, a real nice guy who I felt truly cared about my family’s comfort. Will made the necessary repairs and got our unit running again. He was thorough and quick and I felt very comfortable with him in our home. This company takes care of Veterans and treats us well. They value customer service and the clients hard earned dollars. Our unit is old and needs to be replaced. We’ve decided that Comfort will be the company to make the replacement. You just can’t get customer service like this anymore. Do yourself a favor and call them for all your heating and cooling concerns, you’ll be glad you did!

I won't be using anyone else. After several visits from other companies, Wayne was the first to look for a leak and fix it. Other companies were content to top off the coolant without a fix. Don't waste time and money with other companies.
