I applied for a position posted on indeed by Matern Staffing. The very next day, I received a call back. I was asked to fill out the Matern application on line and attach resume. The next day, I was called by Matern for an interview with the employer and was asked to be seen the next day. The day after the interview, I was called by Matern and told that the employer wanted to hire me. I took my drug screening that day and went to work for the employer two days later. I have never applied for a job, interview, been hired, and started so quickly in my 25 years of working (all in 5 days!!!!) Kudos to Kelly who was the agent at Matern that assisted me the entire process. I recommend this company for your staffing needs! And I love my job so far!

Matern put me to work right away at the beginning of the pandemic when there was no where else hiring, and I was able to keep a steady summer job while taking summer classes! The staff is very friendly and super understanding, I’d recommend anyone trying to find work to come to Matern.
