Stay away. They are the furthest imaginable from being \urgent\. You have a 1/10 chance of them actually answering the phone. They will charge you 160 for a covid-19 rapid test and then tell you to wait in your car for an hour and a half. That will turn into 3 hours. Then they will bring you in with a batch of people and test everyone side by side in the lobby. This private practice should be avoided at all costs. Edit: They entered my medical history very incorrectly in the patient portal. Shows the attention to detail to be lacking. Everyone should take a look at their website that shows nothing but 5 star reviews and doesn't allow you to leave a review. Obviously set up for the staff to fluff up every couple of days.

More like Primary Casual Care. \Quick\ covid-19 curbside appointment scheduled in advance at 1:30. I was in the parking lot waiting and had to call twice just to get somebody to SEND A SIMPLE APPOINTMENT CHECK-IN LINK which then put me in the next batch. I finally got a call at 4:00 to see if I was coming in. Time is money.. time is life. Don't waste your precious life-force waiting for this place.

I registered online for a 2pm appt. Before I left my house, I decided to call and make sure they had my appt because it stated someone would call me back and confirm and that never happened. The young girl who answered the phone was less than friendly and just told me to come over and call when I got there that they would take me but the online system never registered my appt request. I did receive an email telling me it was received but not confirmed yet. Anyway, so I arrive at 1:40pm and I called. The young girl then tells me they will message me the online registration which took 5 mins to receive, ok fair enough. I fill that out and get it back, took maybe 10 total mins and I went ahead and paid my copay online too. I literally waited from 1:50pm until 3:40pm before I received the call to come in. Because I am essential personnel I required a quick test and the doctor said that because I have not had exposure they cannot do that and I said, I am essential personnel and I have to be able to report back to work cleared or not cleared, I cannot wait 3 - 7 days. She went on about how she could get into trouble and how she is going to help me anyway. What kind of establishment acts that way? Seriously? Anyway, I will not be coming back to a place that makes me wait hours in my vehicle and then acts like they are doing some kind of favor. Ridiculous.

Only reason I’m giving two stars is because the ladies at the front desk were sweet. But other than that it was a bad experience. I made an appointment and got there 15 min before. Got called in around 20 min after but I waited over an hour in the room and when I finally found someone to ask how much longer all I got was an I don’t know we still have patients before you so I left without being seen. What’s the point of making an appointment if your not going to been on time, if your under staffed maybe make consider making less appointments or let your patients know it’ll be a long wait and let them decided if they’d like to keep their appointments or not. I understand that delays happen but over hour without anyone coming in to let you know is very unprofessional. I would not recommend. You get more sick just waiting for someone unfortunately.

Spotsylvania office - good phone response, atrocious customer service beyond that. Receptionist said she would text a registration link within 5 minutes, 15 later I had to go in and ask. 20 minutes after registering (had to call again), I was told it would take 1 hour to get the test, 3 hours later (after checking twice) I was finally seen - 90 for a total of less than 2 minutes! I was told it would take 3 - 5 days to get the results. I called again and was told it would take up to 7 days. Yes, you have walk-in service, but if you are not properly staffed and / or you're not training your personnel appropriately, you are making a disservice to the public.
