This martial arts school is beyond amazing. Our 3rd child is working through their program and I didn't think it was possible to make 5 star service any better. During the coronavirus pandemic our son was diagnosed with an illness that makes it such that he cannot be around other people because of the meds he is taking. Ms. Willits not only worked with us during the months he was unable to participate even through zoom, but now that things are starting to open back up (and he is still unable to go out), she CONTINUES to go above and beyond offering training through zoom. We appreciate so much the effort to make our child feel a part of the group even though he can't be there in person. THANKS Rock Solid, you guys are fantastic!

Very good studio teaching both traditional martial arts, kickboxing classes and Krav Maga. I have been taking the Krav Maga class and found it to be both great exercise as well as a very good for self defense.
