We have been trying to get them to service our residential propane take after moving into our home. The staff will not relay this information and our appointments keep dragging out and scheduled for the incorrect service, now we cant use our stove because we are so low. Im assuming we’re about to run out of heat and it’s in the 30 degree range outside. Thanks for literally nothing.

Tank showed 100-125 gallons in a 275 gallon tank. Driver “Claims “ to have put 250 gallons in. Then the delivery charge was 54 cents per gallon which was NEVER conveyed at time of order. So I ended up paying over 600 for 250 gallons that could never have fit in the tank to start with. I was told that they charged 60-70 cents per gallon on deliveries after I had it delivered. No mention of it when I called for pricing and set up delivery date. I’ll be using Quarles from now on. At least they’re up front with you and deliver the amount that they claim to.

WOW! What an amazing company! After having propane cut off from another company (because we didn’t sign a contract with them) Donna worked hard to get us propane quickly so our family was not without heat. Our delivery man was great! They were quick and efficient!!
