I first reached out to Turner’s Pools and Spas approximately 3 weeks ago. I was having a major issue with my old pool liner and needed to get it fixed as soon as possible. I had tried several other companies that didn’t seem to want my business or were too busy. I initially spoke to Sierra Turner who was so nice and polite and then I dealt with Julie Turner from there. She got my new pool liner ordered and installed within 2 1/2 weeks and has been very nice to deal with. The service technician Glen was very knowledgeable and worked really hard to ensure my liner was installed correctly. I am now able to enjoy my pool again for the last few weeks of the season and the liner is beautiful! I recommend Turners pools and will now be a loyal customer going forward. Thank you Julie!

I've been calling for a month now. The heater that they installed 3 months ago is already broken. I have an open service ticket and no one will answer the phone nor call me back. They came out to the house, and then dropped all communication. But they certainly took my money.
