I have been very happy with all aspects of Freedom Forever. Their product and services are priced fairly and their company run professionally. In particular, I have been extremely grateful for the amazing service Lauren and Nate have given me! They respond quickly to questions, concerns or requests. I signed a contract with Freedom Forever in 2020. Their salesman told me that I am qualified for one of their promotion which I would place a sign on my front lawn advertising for Freedom Forever in exchange for 6 months of the payment. After the installed, I reached out to the salesman about the promotion and he said I should be hearing back from the company. Multiple follow ups and now I don’t even hear anything back from him nor their support. I have text messages about this promotion and they choose to ignore it. After reading more reviews about this company, it looks like they don’t want to be held accountable for their OWN sales rep telling lies so you would buy their product. Crossing my fingers that I will not experience any issues with the system in the future since their support doesn't even reply to you! Edit 6/3/21: I am changing my rating to 3 stars for now because Mary reached out to me about the incentive and is currently working on my case. I still believe it was bad communication on the support side for not replying back to any of my emails.

I've been thinking about solar for some time. Greg was who I met with to discuss all that is involved with this huge decision. He was well informed and answered all questions. The company itself has done great to keep me informed with each step. Customer service has been great. They are present when they say they will be. Highly recommend them.

Daniel Figueroa is a salesman, for freedom forever. He will tell you anything to get you to buy a solar panels from him including lying to you. He told me if I sold my home I can transfer my solar system to the new owners. Which was not correct also he told me I could move my solar system to my new home which was also not correct. So at the end of the day I had to pay off my solar panels which were 15,000 in order to sell my house. He’s a liar and a cheat. I would not work with this guy. Also freedom forever all they can do is apologize for their salesman giving me the wrong information. I am contacting a lawyer.

These guys are the reason you’re getting so many robo-spam calls. I’ve asked many times to be added to their do not call list and they literally hang up on me. I tell them I’m a renter, they hang up on me. I’m sure you’ll respond with something like “we don’t cold call”. Well, you hire sales and marketing companies that do, so they are your sales and marketing Dept. I finally started answering calls from these spammers and this is where the trail ends. This is the company who is paying to have your phone ring off the hook.

I worked with Jordon The Solar Guy to set up the installation process with Freedom Forever. Everything was seamless and the team kept me well informed each step of the way. The installation was quick and the team was really responsive. It was very valuable getting frequent updates throughout the entire process. I highly recommend getting solar panels from this company!
