Great place. Nick especially made our visit special for my wife and I. We enjoyed the time and gained knowledge. It was exactly what we wanted to accomplish from our visit today. Thank you again Nick for taking the time.

We love our new Travel Trailer. Giovanni our salesman was a very polite and helpful young man and Christian who was the acting GM the day we were there did a great job getting us the trailer we wanted for the price we wanted. One of the service guys even gave me his mobile number so I could call him if we had any questions on our first camping trip. After purchasing the 2019 trailer that was like new but was used and bought as is we had problems with the brake drum heating up on one side of the trailer. During our first trip out we got stuck up in Cottonwood about 3.5 hours from home due to the breaks heating up excessively. I called the service guys mobile number and he got Newt who manages the service area to help us to get our trailer back home safely. They looked at the brakes and found what they thought was causing the problem. We picked up our camper and parked it for 3 weeks. Then we took it camping about 20 miles from home. When I got back I felt the break drum again and it was so hot. I called Newt explained the problem still existed and he said bring it in we will make it right. They ended up turning the drums and replacing everything else with new parts, they even put new bearings and repacked the hubs, they took it 15 miles, tested the heat on the drums and made sure both sides were breaking correctly. The cost to fix it was 902 parts and labor and Newt covered it all for FREE because it was a safety issue. Thank you Freedom RV we love our camper and can now enjoy it free of worry.

The staff did not seem to want to help us. They seemed more interested in their phones and sitting around. They directed us elsewhere, which was not helpful.

Very helpful I was putting in an inverter in my van and he gave me a lot of great tips and I bought a 200 watt breaker and holder to make sure the van doesn't burn down

I purchased a brand new 2018 Newmar DutchStar 3718 in Oct 2019. Sadly, my personal experience with Freedom RV wasn't enjoyable whatsoever. I paid "market value" for my DutchStar. The two salesmen were ONLY focused on making a Sale... not at all interested in my needs! Neither of the salesmen ever bothered to followed-up with me on my experience nor express ANY interest whatsoever in my concerns following my purchase. Also, I never even received a thankyou much less a return phone call when I attempted to contact them. Eventually, I brought my concerns to the FRV GM owner, Devin Murphy however all I received was a reluctant "thank-you". He certainly does not honor his Promise to make you feel like you are "Family"!!! This dealership boasts that they are a Newmar Platinum Service Center, but this too is far from the truth. Originally, I went to Freedom RV in Tucson to have my 2018 Ventana LE repaired. I was told by FRV Service Mgr Brad White that my Ventana needed to be sent back to the Newmar factory in Indiana for minimum of 4 months to have repairs done under warranty. I had purchased this Ventana Diesel pusher from another notoriously "shady" dealer, Myers RV in Albuquerque. BEWARE! all of you fellow 1st time RV buyers, as this Newmar RV dealer is even worse than Freedom RV. Is that even possible, I wonder? That's 1 scary thought for sure! Oh BTW, lest I forget to mention... FRV service Mgr Brad White threatened to summons the Tucson PD to have me arrested for trespassing, if I ever returned to their dealership. Owner, Devin Murphy explained to me this was simply an over reaction on the part if his service Mgr. Mr Murphy did allowe me to have several of my DutchStar warranty items addressed at his 'secondary' FRV service location in the Tucson area. Hopefully, in sharing my own personal horrendous experience with this Family Owned dealership will help prevent albeit forewarn other unsuspecting RV buyers from having such a Negative experience!

This place has 5th wheels! First dealer we could find with a reasonable inventory of towables in a while! Check them out up on the north side of town! Great group to work with!
