This is a very positive review for Heart Mountain Home which used to be Jensen's Floors for years here in Whidbey Island. We used them about 12 years ago and then just his month for carpet installation. Materials were excellent with many choices, but the best part was the installers. These days to get good service with anything is unusual, these installers were a grade above. They actually cleaned up and vacuumed when they were done. However the detail and exceptional quality of the installation was the high point. Transitions were excellent, repair of a current problem with another carpet in the home was done right, and they were very nice people on top of that. So, my highest recommendations all around. You will be very pleased with the results....
