DONT DO THIS!!!!!! I just spent 2000 on this system..they cant make the motion detector work. Cant get regular time..has to be military,..which I guess I can learn but why? The tech guy has bent over backwards to help but even he cant come up with answers. If you are over 30 good luck seeing the icons...I have now spent 2 days doing nothing but having to be home while they play with this! I'll be getting Jesse on channel 7 soon unless they get this figured out!

A tech came over to install my gigabit internet today. Got the usual three hour service window when I set the appointment up. Five minutes into that service window, I get a call informing me that the tech will be at my place in 10-15 minutes. Once he arrives, he is polite and attentive, always makes sure to take off his shoes before he enters my home, and always cleaned up after himself. He was very unobtrusive as he did his work, shop vacced the area he was working in once he was done, and even set up my wifi with the same credentials as I had before so that I wouldn't have to go through and reprogram all my devices. The internet works noticeably faster, and I'm pleased as punch, especially after the best service call I've ever had in my life. Thanks, Whidbey Tel!
