We’ve called this place twice in the last few days, wanting to speak with someone about a new motorcycle. The first time we called, our information was taken and we were told we’d receive a call when that motorcycle was available... We received a call back, in the form of a missed call, no message. When we returned the call, the person that answered rudely said he didn’t call us, put us on hold, and then told us, “I called to sales, no one answered, if it’s important they’ll call you back”. That basically says we’re not important... Two days later we called back and got transferred back to a salesperson, Tim (I believe), who said he was with another customer but would call us back in about 45 minutes... That never happened, and now we’ll be taking our business elsewhere... Rude and irresponsible service, so disappointing.

Amazing place to get a motorcycle. Staff is super friendly. If you go there meet Greg, he is an awesome dude. My friend just bought a Royal Enfield from them and the service is great with great staff. Good amount of varieties in motorcycle and they will help you to get your first bike or 2nd one with same passion.

This is an overdue review, I bought my very first bike here two years ago, from the very first time I walked into the shop, they were very attentive and very patient with me, since I knew nothing about bikes. I bought my Kawasaki after the second time I visited them, and I was so happy that I made that purchase from them, I love my bike!! Thanks, guys. I am coming back soon to buy my second bike for sure.
