We recently purchased a 2010 Ford Flex from Siemer Auto Center. It was the exact vehicle we wanted and we left feeling very happy about the deal we got and the car we took home. Unfortunately, 3 weeks later a turbo went out in the engine. I live roughly 3 hours north of Siemer Auto, in a different state, and they completely took care of me and the situation. They came to pick up my Flex, they fixed the Flex without a charge, and they delivered it back when it was done. They did all of that even though I did not purchase a warranty! Technically, they could have stuck me with all the issues and repairs for myself. They took the high road and stood behind it! I was VERY impressed! The manager, Seth, was great! Even though it was stressful, I am very happy with how it all played out. Thanks Siemer!!

One word describes this place...JOKE! Over a year ago my husband and I decided to purchase a used SUV for around 30,000 which was reasonable for the vehicle, it was fully loaded with everything we could have wanted. We thought we had scored a great deal but little to our knowledge that this place was so backwards and had a hard time communicating with each other. After settling all the paper work issues that took a MONTH to get organized we noticed that our car started to make some different noises. We contacted Siemer and and said we were not impressed and were having our dealership/service look at it for us and they agreed to pay for the bill. Little did we know that this would be the start of a BIG MESS! This car has had serious problems and we have come to the conclusion it is a LEMON. Recently our Catalytic Converter went out and the cost for this bill is over 800. Thankfully our GM service department called GM and they are footing the bill due to our hassle. They specifically told us that we were sold a Lemon and that Siemer should have caught this as it has several error codes. Basically Siemer saw a nice family who looked like they had money coming in with an amazing trade and they knew that they could screw us over.....and they did. We will be contacting the BBB. So FYI to all buyers.....STAY AWAY!!!

Bigger isn't always better! Purchased many cars from well known dealerships and none compared to our experience with Siemer Auto Center. They weren't pushy, answered all of our questions, and were much lower in price than their competitors. Even met the owner. We love our car!

I called first to make sure the car I was interested in was still there before I made the trip and they had it parked up front and ready for me to look at and test drive. They were friendly and made me feel comfortable.

Made a fair deal - both on the trade and the used truck I bought. Honored the terms of our sale to a "T" (new brakes, replaced missing spare tire). Service center EE's went extra mile to return the garage door opener I forgot in my old vehicle.
