I came in today for my Mercedes 2016 C class, I had an emergency with my back right tire being flat, when I came in I was greeted with hospitality and professionalism from the owner . I explained the urgency and they took urgent care of my tire with a quick and efficient process, I was in and out in 20 minutes. The technician that also handled replacing my tire Jesus was fantastic and diligent in his work. The price was very reasonable I recommend and appreciate this establishment to anyone needing a service done right.

Zoeb and Danny are pathetic. They scratched my rim and then accused me of scratching my own rim. I then had a talk with them, and Zoeb was extremely disrespectful. When Danny mounted the wheel up to the balancing machine (which is where it was scratched), it lined up perfectly with where the scratch is, and then Danny tried shifting the mounting cap by 1-2cm in FRONT OF ME and had the audacity to say that it's not where my rim was scratched? and I'm wrong? Worthless service from worthless people. I went there due to their good reviews and a referral from a friend, but I will never go to a shop that doesn't care about their customers, let alone blame them for the shop's actions.

My appointment took over 3 hours just for a balance and rim change. Charged me a fair fee for just flipping rims and balancing. However, THEY DESTROYED ONE OF MY TIRES! Tired to hide it and seal it. Then decided to throw a charge on me for a whole new tire that I was not wanting and expecting to pay for, instead of admitting they stripped the tire themselves, and giving me a free one for there OWN mistake. Another shop took a look at the tire and is not under warranty because of the type of damage. Told me it looked like a very unprofessional install and was rushed and they tried to rubber patch it over and over. The 130 appointment turned into almost over a 500 appointment. I was extremely disappointed wouldn’t recommend if you are not in the area of this shop. Never going back. Zero stars for me.

Highly recommend! They got me in right away this morning to check on a tire with low pressure. Checked the tire right away and repaired it very quickly. Didn’t charge me at all for the repair. They are awesome and definitely earned my business going forward. Thanks WD Garage!
