I work with someone who has business with Fresno produce. The products are good and so are the drivers. Our problem recently, and ongoing, is with a lady that takes our orders over the phone. Her name is Patricia. Every time she is given our order it is wrong or receive items that we did not order. When I call to correct the problem, and if it’s Patricia, she always responds with, “you must have ordered wrong.” She is always defensive, rude, very impatient and is never to blame for the order. It’s always someone else’s fault, never hers. I do not appreciate being talked to in such a manner, I could care less about the mistake, I just want it fixed since it is my friends money. A few times now, I have had to go into the business, to pick up or take paperwork, and I am politely greeted by a man (their clerk or receptionist I imagine) who is doing just fine assisting me with my matters. When out of the blue comes this lady (later putting a face to the voice, it was Patricia) running from across the office. She yanks the paperwork out of the receptionists hands and starts to talk to me in a loud rude voice. She basically repeats over and over a mistake that was on there. I told her that I had already spoken to someone else (higher than her) and they said it was fine because they didn’t need that information anymore. She continued to argue and said that. I couldn’t have had anyone “ok” it because she was in charge and this was her company. I left it at that and walked out. She is obviously mentally ill or deranged. Little does she know, I know the owner of the company, that’s the only reason I’m in business with them.

DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY PLEASE LOOK AT THE PICTURES THEY ARE VERY GROSS AS YOU CAN SEE THEY ARE UNSANITARY THEY DO NOT WASH THE CONTAINERS THE MANAGMENT DOESNT CARE AND NITHER DOES THE OWNER AND THE SAD THING IS THEY SUPPLY FRUIT AND VEGETABLES TO FRESNO UNIFED SCHOOL DISTRICT AS WELL AS MADERA AND OTHER SURROUNDING SCHOOL DISTRICTS AND LOCAL LITTLE CESAR'S PIZZA PLEASE DON'T PURCHASE FROM HERE
