Alexander exteriors helped me with new gutters originally. They did a great job and it was a pleasure working with them. Because so, I needed new windows and hired them for this job as well. Their team was excellent in helping me to choose the windows I wanted. They were very responsive and the new windows look great. I have been very pleased with their service. New windows are a large expense but Alexander exteriors delivered in a way that has made me feel very good about the money spent. I fully recommend their service!

Brian and his team were a referral from a friend, and I could not be more satisfied with my experience. We worked together to replace a large roof, which was an insurance claim. Brian himself was always available to guide through the process, which was seamless. The work is clearly quality, and was completed in a timely manner. I've worked with many contractors, and this team's responsiveness and dedication to punctual completion was exemplary. I'd work with Brian again without a second thought.

I wanted to replace my sliding patio door. I went to a box store and they insisted I order a custom size, but by my measurements a stock door fit just fine with about a 1 inch gap all the way around. I found a family friend that agreed and said he would put it in for us. Then corona hit. I finally gave up waiting for him to do it. I called about 10 different places to install and no body would do it because I did not purchase the door from their company. I finally found Alexander Exteriors. They agreed to install the door. They are lifesavers. Not sure what it would have looked like if I had put it in myself. Now it looks great, fits great. They even came out a week later because I was a chicken to push the door too hard. They were great.

Contrary to the other raving 5-star reviews on here, I have mixed feelings about Alexander Exteriors. My 4-star rating is an average of 5-stars for the actual installation and work quality, and 3-stars for their customer service. We decided to go with Alexander Exteriors to replace all of the windows in our house. During the quoting and selection process, they were extremely helpful and responsive. We very much enjoyed working with Alicia. However, once we finalized our windows and they received our first payment, communication and updates from them pretty much stopped entirely. Our window installation ended up being two months past the original planned timeframe, which is understandable due to production delays as a result of COVID. But my gripe is that it was like pulling teeth getting any sort of update from them. Each time we missed an estimated delivery window, they wouldn't even reach out to us to let us know - it just came and went. Every single instance, I had to reach out to them to ask why there was delay after delay after delay versus them keeping us updated and informed. We finally got the windows installed and installation went great and we are very pleased with the end result and were satisfied by the professionalism and skill level of the installers. 5-stars for that! However, even after the windows were installed, we didn't receive one single call or email from anyone at Alexander Exterior asking how the installation went or if we were satisfied with the results. The only communication we received was, \Here's the remainder of your invoice\. This whole process really made us feel like once they had our money, they were \in\ and didn't care as much about maintaining good communication because we were already locked into a contract. It was honestly quite disheartening. Would easily have given 5-stars if not for the sub-par customer service and communication.

They did siding for me. I was impressed by how reasonable the cost was and their professional work. Even with the struggles to get materials they still were able to finish the job. I will use them again for future projects..
